UVIsoft for UVIchemi & UVIprochemi

The UVIchemi and UVIprochemi acquisition software facilitates simple and rapid optimisation of images when long exposures are necessary. Automatic exposure mode makes it possible to acquire fully optimised images of the very faintest samples at the push of a button. Varying levels of user control over the image acquisition process are offered by the semi-automatic and manual exposure modes. Acquisition parameters can be saved in configuration files for future use and are automatically saved with each image in a secure GLP file. The attractive software interface features large colour coded buttons and self-evident icon designs to minimise the user learning curve. The UVIprochemi software also includes zoom lens controls and a saturation monitor function.

Automatic Exposure mode automatically calculates the exposure time so that the image can be captured in one simple "click".
Manual Exposure mode allows the user the set their own exposure time. From 1/10th of a second up to 120 min
Test Function detects when the signal produced by the Chemiluminescent reaction is intense enough for an exposure to be made.
Video mode enables the user to monitor the progress of a Chemiluminescent reaction by taking a series of exposures at user defined intervals
Annotation function allows text as well as the date and time to be added to the image
Positive/Negative button allows viewing an ‘inverted’ image
Live mode enables easy positioning of the sample
The UVIprochemi software includes controls for the motorised zoom lens enabling the user to automatically adjust the aperture, zoom and focus settings from the software screen
Good Laboratory practice (GLP) function. A GLP file is automatically saved with each image file. The user can input an experiment title, comments and the camera settings. All post-capture image modifications and processing are recorded automatically
Temperature control indicator helps to ensure that the camera is always at the correct operating temperature
